Washington’s DDA provides services and information in multiple languages to help neurodiverse adults and others with developmental disabilities understand their rights and access support. Print copies are available in English, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Laotian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The Washington State Department of Commerce’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDA) offers services and written materials in several languages. This helps people who are not fluent in English understand their rights and get support for developmental disabilities, which can include conditions like autism or ADHD.
Print copies of DDA materials are available in English, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Laotian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese. You can ask for these copies when you contact the DDA or request them online.
If you need help in a language not listed, you may still be able to get support through other methods, like phone translation services. The DDA works to make sure everyone can access information about services, including housing, employment, and healthcare.
